Health Advocacy

Complex patient needs typically outstrip the capabilities of family members and treating physicians who serve as today’s predominant complex case coordinators.  In coordination with all existing health plan resources, PIC staff works with patients, families, and physicians to ensure that all available services available to patients have been arranged for and delivered on a timely basis.
