Quest Diagnostics has agreed to partner with Partners In Care to deploy their Care360 Web Based Laboratory Order Entry and Results Reporting System to the PIC Physician Offices.

The Care360 product is a free product which is web based and available to all physicians.  Quest has also agreed to work with Partners In Care to “pipe” all of the laboratory orders and results into our centralized data warehouse for our patients while simultaneously providing any physicians who are using the system to access their own results. 

In addition, Quest is pursuing a grant from CMS for EPrescribing and PIC will be working with them on their application.  If they win the application, EPrescribing will be provided to PIC Physicians using the Care360 product for one year with no charge.  In addition, Quest has integrated (at varying degrees depending upon the vendor) its Laboratory Order Entry and Results Reporting and its Care360 product with many of the leading EMR vendors.
