Physician Driven Disease Management

Disease Management Comes to Small Employers

PartnerShIP: A Comprehensive Health Benefit Alternative designed and managed by physicians.

Built on a self funded platform, PartnerShIP is an innovative health benefits program for local employers designed specifically to restore the patient/physician relationship while improving health status and saving money for employers, physicians, and patients alike.

In its standard format, PartnerShIP is built upon a Triple Option Point of Service Benefit Plan centered around the PIC Provider Network at the core, Provider Pay for Performance Bonuses coupled with Patient Pay for Compliance programs, and an Excess Loss Insurance program designed to retain as much of your hard earned money under your control without creating undue risk assumption.

The PartnerShIP program can be adapted to pre-existing Administrators, Provider Networks, and other service partners.  Benefit Designs are completely customizable to meet the specific needs of the employer and the employees and can adapt to include HSAs, HRAs and many of the newer Consumer Driven Health Plan approaches.

Partners In Care is meeting with a variety of service vendors who have indicated both a philosophical alignment to this approach to health benefits and who can demonstrate service performance levels commensurate with the expectations of our physicians.  The following vendors have met these two tests to date:

Medical Claims Services, Quincy MA
AMF Risk Services, Quincy MA
Health Care Payors Coalition, Edison NJ
American Health Holdings, Columbus OH
Express Scripts
Egan, Amato, and O'Connor, Manasquan NJ
The NIA Group, Somerset NJ
The Stettler Group, Somerset NJ
