Overview |

Partners in Care, Corp. (PIC) is a private, for-profit, multiple
shareholder, New Jersey corporation, owned and governed by the
physician members of the United Medical Group, P.C. PIC is
governed by a voluntary Board of Directors which meets
periodically to conduct company business. In addition there are
a number of Board Committees which have been established to
assist the Board of Directors in oversight of company business,
and a Physician Advisory Group which assists management in
meeting company objectives.
