Physicians and their patients have always been and will always be Partners In Care’s primary focus. Physicians, patients, and family members ultimately make all of the health care decisions in our current system and that is the way it should be. However … all too often, the financing mechanisms of health care inadvertently impede that process. We all need to be concerned about costs but we sometimes implement systems or policies which create impediments to the delivery of care and sadly result in sicker patients and more costly end results.

Partners In Care is committed to address these subtle and not so subtle issues at many levels. We are focused on ensuring that the physicians who provide excellent care for their patients are compensated fairly. We are focused on working with our Physicians to ensure that Information Technology that will work to improve care delivery is brought to them in an affordable package.

Patients and their families face a bewildering array of choices and decisions when they need to utilize the health care delivery system. In some cases, patients have interacted with more that 60 providers and more than 400 people in the course of their care. Many of those people speak in words we don’t understand. Further, many times, we are faced with conflicting opinions.

Partners In Care has instituted a Health Care Advocacy program to assist our members through a difficult and complex care delivery process. The way a good concierge will provide you with valuable insights and guidance in a city not familiar to you, we work hard to assist you through the difficult maze of health care.

Partners In Care staff is here to provide you the assistance you need as an extension of your doctors office and we are always happy to help.
