Partners In Care ACO Generates Millions in Savings in the Medicare Shared Savings Program
Partners In Care (PIC), a clinically integrated network powered by Continuum Health, announced today that the Partners In Care Accountable Care Organization (ACO) generated $546 Per Member Per Year (PMPY) in savings for Performance Year 2018 for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid’s (CMS) Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP). By delivering 50% more savings than the minimum threshold required by CMS, and significantly lowering the costof care, the ACO member providers earned millions in shared savings. PIC ACO was one of only six ACO's in the state of New Jersey to achieve earned savings for its providers.
